Short-term objective(within 1 year):
-Understand the knowledge of the ICS;
-Monitor,help and check if the ICS checking are done properly;
-Maintain good documentation for all process roles in central archiving;
-Organize the timely review with the management;
-Facilitate the ICS auditing with Corp. internal auditors;
Long-term objective(the next 2 to 3 years):
-Grasp SAP knowledge for overall accounting transactions of PALH
-Take over accounting job and SAP key user from assittant manager;
-Propose the transformation to segregate business control and accounting for PALH F&A.;
