1.Technical background with degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering preferred
2.2 years working experience in manufacturing environment desired
3.Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, methods, and assembly processes
4.Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints; ability to operate measuring and inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, various gages, tape measures, etc.
5.Ability to create layouts/flow; Must have experience in an ISO environment
6.Proficiency in English and Mandarin required
7.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, CAD software (AutoCad preferred), shop floor control systems(MRP), and project management software.
8.Excellent problem solving and decision making skills; ability to work in a team environment, ability to work without constant direction; a self-starter with excellent organizational/planning skills. |
