PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION KNOWLEDGE
-To follow all the steps of a new production activity implementation (start up and guarantee of continuity)
-Production Planning
-Analysis of the demand
PRODUCTION
-Knowledge of the production flows, of the processes, of the products (drawings, cycles, testing regulations, etc)
-Knowledge of the logic/of the planning systems, programming and manufacturing control systems.

-Knowledge and interpretation of the controlling instruments (budget, reporting, etc)

-Knowledge of the search, use, optimization difficulties regarding the process resources(men, materials, machines)
-Knowledge of the customers/market characteristics and trends
