Title: Marketing and supply chain coordinator
Job description:
Reception of the orders
Creation of packaging components internal order forms (Bill of packaging)
Creation of marking and user manuals related to each order (Stickers / Rating Plates / Instruction sheets / outer cartons / shipping marks...)
Follow up, validation and management of the orders in coordination with the customer service and design departments
Coordination with suppliers to place orders for all the packing components (gift box, user manual, stickers, RP, outer cartons...)
Follow-up of the relationship with the suppliers
Coordination with Quality Control teams to check final printed materials before each production batch
Requirements:
Excellent written English 锟紺 good spoken English
Rigorous and organized
Good attention paid to details
Fast and focus at work
Independent
Good command of Illustrator/Corel Draw or Desktop Publishing software is a plus |
