年龄要求：26岁至40岁 性别要求：不限 现所在地要求：不限 职位描述(Job Descriptions) Main Duties: - Manage the full spectrum of human resource management and services to the business units. - Participate in projects to develop, formulate, implement and review existing HR policies and procedures - Work closely with business unit manages to understand their operational issues and HR requirement and provide the necessary support to enhance organizational effectiveness Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field with at least 5-6 years relevant experience of which at least 2 years in a managerial role - Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin - Proficient in Microsoft applications - Independent, mature and committed - Accurate, meticulous, tactful and a team player - Able to multi-task with good organizational skills - FMCG/Retail environment preferred |
