职位描述: Responsibilities 1.Make the SCM strategy based on ABB group SCM instruction and policy and company business strategy 2.Implement the task from group/BU/LBU/country on SCM management and regular reporting 3.Make the supplier development strategy and establish strong supply base 4.Monitor supplier development and material purchasing process according to company policy and ISO9000 , optimize the supply process for efficiency improvement 5.Monitor the performance of LPBS on cost reduction, delivery and quality of suppliers, material inventory ,payment term 6.Coordinate the resource of LPBS sourcing engineers to lead/participate group/division/BU/LBU/country CIP for SCM cost reduction and regular reporting of progress 7.Monitor the performance of indirectly material purchasing and cost reduction 8.SCM staff training and development 9.Monitor all the SCM performance should be compliance Requirements: -University degree, major in engineering or related subject. Master will be preferred -At least 10 years working experience in SCM or related work. -Strong management skill with high leadership potential -Strong negotiation skill -Knowledge of principles and procedures for supplier sourcing, cost control, supplier management ,procurement and planning -Excellent communication, inter-personal, organizing and time management skills. -Knowledge of computer software. -Fluent in English. -Good team-working spirit and ability to work independently under strong pressure -Strong sense of responsibility. |
