| 职位描述： | Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Responsible of mechanical design of SSL products, including LED lighting fixtures and lighting sources; preferred with outdoor lighting product experience; 负责LED 灯具和光源产品的机械结构设计；有户外灯具设计经验的优先考虑； 2. Work on design drawings of mechanical parts. Set up and update the LOM and BOM of the development product. Tracking tooling progress and sample preparation. Technical document management. 绘制零件图。在开发阶段建立和维护产品LOM和BOM。跟进开模零件的进度和样品的准备装配。管理相关技术资料。 3. Follow up the product introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with Engineering department to solve mechanical related process issues. 跟进产品的工程导入，试产和量产，配合工程部解决生产中的相关工艺问题； 4. Ensure the design performance, cost and schedule target are fulfilled； 确保开发项目达到预设的整体性能，成本和时间目标； 5. Benchmark new mechanical solutions from competition and suppliers; 跟踪并评估供应商和竞争对手的新结构方案等； Qualifications任职资格： 1. Major in Mechanical, college or above degree. Good understanding in Mechanics of material, process, tooling and finishing; 机械或机电专业，本科以上学历。良好的机械设计基础知识。 2. 3~5 years’ experience in mechanical design, experience in lighting industry, experience in foreign company will be a plus; 3到5年以上机械设计经验；照明行业背景，外资工作背景优先； 3. Experience in CAD software and 3D design tools like Solidworks; 能熟练运用CAD和三维设计软件（如：Solidworks）。 4. English reading & writing is a must; preferred with good English speaking; 能阅读并撰写英文技术文档。 5. Proactive and team spirit; 良好的团队协作精神。 |
