工作地点：中国惠州 主管经理：制造工程部经理 简介： 负责为我们设于中国的以大批量生产模式制造高功率LED灯的生产线提供可靠的、可持续的产能并提高生产力。 职责： · 与惠州工厂的各部门与员工合作，以推动产能改善和大幅度提高生产力 · 既具备分析大量数据的能力，又可以在流程中深入微小细节，从而快速了解当前的问题 · 以书面和口头形式与本地及国际团队进行有效沟通 · 实施根本原因调查、故障分析和纠正措施报告与执行工作 岗位要求： 拥有材料科学、制造工程或其他相关学科之学士或以上学位 在微电子制造设备及工艺方面具备3年以上经验 具有芯片/线组件或模块的生产经验 具备LED元件或模块材料和生产专业知识者优先 良好的沟通和项目管理技能 该职位工作地点在中国惠州 流利的普通话和英语 广泛的个人电脑和软件使用技能 行为特征： 融合亲力亲为的贡献者与团队领导者之角色，具备强烈的个人职业道德 注意微小差别和细节，并致力于通过长期追求了解和改善来掌握制造工艺 可以持续挑战假设情况，并确保完成多个改善工程项目 工作关系： 向制造工程部经理汇报工作 密切配合运营、质量保证/控制和产品开发团队的工作 Position: Manufacturing Engineering Engineer Location: Huizhou, China Manager: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Summary: To be responsible for delivering reliable, sustained yield and productivity enhancement on high power brightness LED-based lamp at our China-based manufacturing line in high volume manufacturing mode. Responsibilities: · Work with different department and individual at Huizhou factory to drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement majority. · An ability to both analyze large sets of data and dive into minute details of the process to quickly understand the issues at hand · Effectively communicate ongoing activities with both local and international teams in both written and oral formats · Conduct root cause investigations, failure analysis and corrective action reporting and implementation Position Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant subjects 3 years or more of experience with microelectronics manufacturing equipment and processes Volume chip/wire based component or module production experience Expertise at LED component or module materials and production is preferable Good communication and project management skills This position is based in Huizhou, China Fluency in Mandarin and English Extensive PC and software user skills Behavioral Characteristics: Hybrid hands-on contributor and team leader with intense personal work ethic Attention to nuance and detail and devotion to the mastery of manufacturing processes through long term pursuit of understanding and improvement Passion to continue to challenge assumptions and to ensure work items of improvement in multiple are being completed Working Relationships: Reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager Works closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance/Control and Product Development groups 该职位工作地点在惠州﹐无此地工作意向者﹐请慎投简历﹗谢谢﹗ |
