| 职位描述： | 1. Product design & Validation
· LED design and validation, make sure the designed/selected products are qualified, easy to make and meet the cost and performance target · LEDs/optics/parts/etc supplier selection, validation and management · Heat/optics design and analysis · 3D drawing and tooling design and follow up · LED product lighting performance testing and reporting · Cost analysis and initiatives · Support to market introduction 2. Quality Analysis & Product Manufacturing · Guide product manufacturing, including process documents creation, pilot run and mass production, find new ways to produce · Product quality random check · Analysis quality root cause Requirements: · University graduate, major in lighting or industrial design · 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, LED or lighting industry is preferred. · Familiar with heat management · Good communication skill, writing and reading English skills · Detail & customer-oriented, self-propelling, persistent, enthusiastic.
