| 职位描述： | 1、Job title: Plant Engineer-Electrical
Principle responsibilities _ In charge of the electrical reliability of the plants. _ Relevant and proven experience in electrical engineering practices. _ Plan and control budget for repair, inspection, maintenance and technical improvements _ Prepare and arrange work orders for all types of maintenance activities _ Steering of work orders to meet the requirements of the plant operation and service units _ Plan, realize and improve maintenance concepts according to the requirements of plant availability _ Conduct weak point analysis of the production facilities _ Plan stock level of required spare parts and spare equipment with service units _ Prepare preventive maintenance plans and monitor the realization _ Plan and organize maintenance and repair works during plant shut-down _ Responsible for the management and update of plant documentation _ Ensure the realization of technical safety measures in the production facilities _ Ensure the operation of the technical facilities according to environmental requirements _ Plan technical measures and prepare investment applications with other involved departments _ Plan and realize technical improvements and optimization of the production facilities Knowledge and skills required: _ Bachelor degree or above. Major in electrical engineering preferred _ At least 5 years working experiences in engineering or maintenance services with focuses on electrical equipments and machinery _ Basic knowledge of chemical process technology and production _ Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.
