| 职位描述： | 任职要求： - Minimum 10 years experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
- Demonstrable successful track records in auditing to SFDA and ISO 13485 standards. - Broad based technical knowledge and skills in diverse areas of business such as Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Pre production Quality as well as good working knowledge of related functions such as operations,sterilization/microbiology and product development. - Expert knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, regulations and validation methods. - Must be bi-lingual to the appropriate technical level (Mandarin English) Good communication skill, Administer multiple function peoples, Communicate with external suppliers. Project Management Provide training and coach. Create the suitable co-ordination atmosphere. 职位职责： 1. To design, develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve Jiangsu site Quality Systems to support the business strategies and the release of marketed products, meeting standards, regulations and customer requirements. 2. To report appropriate Quality business measurements to continually monitor the performance of the site. To analyze these measurements and to identify the most significant issues and prioritize for action. 3. To identify opportunities and lead, sell and implement improvement opportunities and problem solutions and to continually improve Quality, cost, efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System consistent with the business objectives. 4. To be responsible for vendor audit, annual evaluation, manage current suppliers and drive vendor‘s QS improvement; develop new qualified suppliers and localized materials. 5. To assisting HR to organize the trainings of documented for the quality management system. 6. To establish good relationship with SFDA and follow up any new regulatory issued and organize internal audit and external audit and act as liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality system. 7. Organize monthly quality meeting and half year management review to monitor status and lead operation team to improve compliance. 8. Other tasks authorized by the leaders. |
