| 职位描述： | ACTIVITIES
* Filtration membrane research and application development * Develop an understanding of how customers use our products (PVDF) and their needs * Provide technical service to customers on existing and developmental products * Through technical contacts at customers, identify new opportunities for fluorinated products * Propose new R&D; projects and manage the studies in the laboratories * Conduct all work in alignment with corporate safety policies * Collaborate closely with regional and global, R&D; and Business Development personnel * Support the Changshu plant for non-standard analysis and problem solving QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Master or Engineer degree in polymer science/engineering or material science/engineering * Experience in application development with polymer solutions and formulations. The key technical competency is “physico-chemistry of polymer solutions”. * 2-5 years industrial experience in areas such as filtration membrane preferred * Fluent in Chinese and English * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required * Demonstrated leadership in application development by patents, external publications, leadership in industrial consortiums or trade organizations, and awards. * The ability to work and think both in a team environment and as an independent, pro-active researcher * International work or study experience is a plus. |
