| 职位描述： | PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY
In consultation with the Plant Manager: ? Preparation of shut downs together with technical department and responsible for start up of single production units or the whole plant ? Set up and updating plant documentation ? Education and training of team leader and operator ? Cause studies in case of production problems (chemical / technical); problem-solving proposals. Realization of the proposals in coordination with plant manager.Documentation in related data-bases (e.g. 8D-Report) ? Take over responsibilities as 'Project Responsible' or 'Project Manager' (according to the definition of Degussa – Evonik) ? Direct and self-employed reactions in case of unforeseen circumstances ? Identifies production irregularities –by himself and in discussion with team leader– and sets up correction-plans ? Information of Plant Manager and Colleagues about all relevant actions in due time ? Interlink with different departments on MUSC-site and in the business line (world wide) ? Production planning in accordance to the SCM and technical requirements ? Monitor and administrate the budged of the different production units ? Preparation of the figures for the monthly report ? Co-operation in recruiting of new staff ? Information in case of emergency according to the emergency response plan ? Ensure that the relevant trainings of the subordinates according to ESHQ regulations are organized and documented ? In case of absence of Plant Manager: Authority to run the plant and decide in case of breakdown ? Entitled to set up working requirements and to grant work permits ? Supervise product-quality, entitled to release final goods according to lab results ? Arrange disposal of wastes in compliance with the regulations ? Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE ? Excellent chemical- and process knowledge, deep knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals ? Working experience in a chemical plant and chemical/engineering education ? Advanced technical and scientific knowledge and understanding ? Advanced knowledge of ESHQ and capability to handle relevant instruments and equipment accordingly ? Good knowledge of several IT-Tools (MS -Office, SAP) ? Knowledge of safety management systems ? Management skills and deep understanding of the business aspects in plant operation |
