| 职位描述： | Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)
*To effectively manage all site maintenance activities and service contractors. Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the job to be achieved ) 1. Responsible for the cost effective and safe provision of the Maintenance Services. 2. Management of all external resources and service contract required for Maintenance Services. 3. Generation and maintenance of systems, documents, standards and operating procedures required for maintenance. 4. Responsible for the development, control and reporting of the maintenance budget with support from the relevant Plant Engineers. 5. Contributes to the interpretation and setting of engineering standards and to define engineering procedures to ensure best practices. 6. Develops, agrees and executes an asset strategy to ensure the highest plant availability at the lowest internal cost in support of the site\ business objectives. 7. Directs and controls the maintenance activities to meet the agreed operational targets in accordance with statutory\ company engineering standards. 8. To ensure that the maintenance operations and activities carried out are in accordance with the duties and responsibilities for GMP, Environmental Protection and the HSE regulations as specified by company policy and relevant statutory provisions. Background (State the preferred education and experience level) *Education (minimum/desirable): Degree in a relevant engineering discipline and preferably a Chartered Mechanical Engineer. *Languages: Chinese (native) and fluent English (oral and written) *Experience:5 – 7 years experience of maintenance management in a relevant industry. |
