| 职位描述： | Location: Singapore
Summary of position: ? Develops new methodologies and research applications to facilitate process improvements including solving unknowns. ? Troubleshoots analytical instrumentation and methods for Process Support and Quality Assurance. ? Maintains a working knowledge of all instrumentation in the Main Lab. ? Develops training manuals and conducts seminars on various instrumentation and techniques. ? Supports QA and Process Support on non-routine analyses and customer support. Disseminates new knowledge and techniques in support of the analytical methodologies. Evaluates new and current analytical methods and instruments to achieve accurate analyses. ? Maintains and supports the Unit Lab method library. ? Models Process Operations using glassware apparatus to troubleshoot problems in an operational unit or propose minor changes. ? Evaluates proposed changes and current procedures against Environmental, Safety, Health, and Quality procedures to comply with CSPL Values and Visions. ? Applies scientific/technical problem solving methods including evaluations to troubleshoot or propose changes in an operational unit. ? Communicates well in technical and operational terms using presentations if necessary to interface with other process support groups and operations; writing of technical documents to describe accomplished work. ? Executes complex tasks both theoretical and tangible with freedom in the method chosen to support the operational unit ? Proposes fundamental technical ideas/thoughts to contribute to others’ projects. ? Interprets data, including statistical data, to support unit operations and customer support. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: ? Gas chromatography theory and techniques. ? Metal analyses - GFAA, flame AA and ICP/DCP ? General understanding and practical application of Lab experimentation and techniques ? Basic analytical techniques utilized in the Laboratory ? Strong knowledge of unit analyses and unit operations ? Knowledge of statistical methods used in analyzing data. ? Good communication skills. |
