| 职位描述： | I. JOB SUMMARY
Cooperate with other discipline engineer and operation team to ensure stability and high-reliability on site equipment. Provide technical support to Capital engineering; influencing plant & equipment selection and layout for ‘best’ life cycle costs, maintainability and operability to benefit of D.C. Ltd and Unit. Key responsibilities are: ? Investigate and resolve equipments problems, and minimize failure. ? Cooperate with other team engineers to complete spare parts inventory of equipment. ? Responsible for checking operation procedure of rotating equipment. And also record information to provide baseline status of equipment. ? Suggest and implement every item of modification and renewal to minimize equipment downtime, increase efficiency and safety of every plant. ? Support training coordinator in providing solutions for maintenance supervision and technicians learning and development ? Support document management team to Develop and maintain engineering website and library. ? Understand chemical processes. ? Develop and maintain programs to ensure high OLT is achieved. ? Spares / material usage analysis. II. QUANTITATIVE DATA III. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS ? Report to the mechanical team leader. ? Works closely with the maintenance planners, reliability engineers, integrity engineers, store team and operation team to ensure stability and high-reliability on site equipment. IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: Xue Xiaodong NEXT SUPERIOR: Austin Brain. PEERS: None at present IV. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES ? Provide suggestion in maintenance procedure of equipment. ? Provide suggestion in operation procedure (including pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation stages) of equipment. And also record information to provide baseline status of equipment. ? Suggest and support continuous improvement in the PCR procedure and practices for engineering mechanical plant & equipment modifications ? Provide technical support for maintenance engineers and other discipline engineers, and resolve every comprehensive problem of equipment. ? Be involved in analysis and investigation of equipment failure and accidents, accident treatment, lesson learn, provide basis for improving management level and equipment operation stability. ? SAP use for equipment analysis & cost reporting. V. QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ? Degree (4 years) of mechanics major. ? Minimum 3 years experience in Chemical equipments especially in Piping, Fittings and Valves of chemical industry. ? Be familiar with related standards, Codes and specifications. ? Experience in employee induction and direction. ? Communicate actively and effectively with every department team (such as plant and procurement department) about relative problems of rotating equipment. ? Good interpersonal and influence skill, good work performance. ? Both English and Chinese. |
