| 职位描述： | PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY
In consultation with the Plant Manager: 1.Organization of production of whole plant. First contact for production and ESH issues 2.Supervisor of Group leader and plant management contact person for shift member 3.With plant manager and other supervisors work as a team with one face to the shift 4.Set up and updating plant documentation (English and Chinese) 5.Education and training of Group leader and operator 6.Cause studies in case of production problems (chemical / technical); problem-solving proposals. Realization of the proposals in coordination with plant manager. Documentation in related data-bases. 7.Support plant manager as 'Project Responsible' or 'Project Manager 8.Direct and self-employed reactions in case of unforeseen circumstances 9.Identifies production irregularities –by himself and in discussion with group leaders– and sets up correction-plans. 10.Information of Plant Manager and Colleagues about all relevant actions in due time 11.Interlink with different departments on MUSC-site 12.Support plant manager for production planning with plant-SCM and technical requirements 13.Monitor and administrate the budged of production unit 14.Preparation of the figures for the monthly report 15.Co-operation in recruiting of new staff 16.Information in case of emergency according to the emergency response plan 17.Ensure that the relevant trainings of the subordinates according to ESHQ regulations are organized and documented. 18.In case of absence of Plant Manager: Authority to run the plant and decide in case of breakdown. 19.Entitled to set up working requirements and to grant work permits 20.Supervise product-quality 21.Arrange disposal of wastes in compliance with the regulations 22.Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE 1.Good chemical- and process knowledge, good knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals 2.Working experience in a chemical plant and chemical/engineering education 3.Good technical and scientific knowledge and understanding 4.Good knowledge of ESHQ and capability to handle relevant instruments and equipment accordingly 5.Good knowledge of several IT-Tools (MS -Office, SAP) 6.Knowledge of safety management systems 7.Management skills and good understanding of the business aspects in plant operation. |
