| 职位描述： | Job Purpose
Initiates and Implements programs in order to meet the Global Pharma HSE objectives and site specific objectives. Supports all functions to ensure that Safety and Security is an integrated part of the daily work. Major Accountabilities 1. ? Exhibit Shared values and Behaviors. ? Developing and maintaining security concepts for the site which complies with corporate standards. ? Organize Contract Security Company to perform Site Security requirements, organize visitor and third party security and safety concept. ? Implementing a concept to secure the perimeter (patrol system) and to avoid thefts. ? Provide training program for third parties and visitors. ? Implementing an agreed Safety Program of Inspection and Training and Execution of safety relevant tasks, e.g. risk assessments, construction safety, etc. ? Maintain safety data system, e.g. Material Safety Data Sheets , Summary Safety Sheets and DMS in respect of all materials on site. ? In charge of the HSE audit, inspection specifically on safety and security, with providing recommended solutions. ? Co-ordinate induction and ongoing Safety Training. ? Maintain file on current Safety Legislation. ? Support workplace risk assessments, Process risk assessments and HAZOPs. ? Documentation and administration of Behaviour Based Safety program Background Education (minimum/desirable): Collage or above Languages: English is preferred Experience:3 years or above with Chemical industries |
