Job Responsibilities 1) Overall leading maintenance team (E&I; team, mechanical team) to focus trouble shooting on equipment failure in site. 2) Lead team to implement root cause analysis on critical equipment’s breakdown. Carry out and following up long term and short term action plan. 3) Ensure preventive maintenance plan are well implemented 4) Contribution on maintenance management system’s set-up. 5) Take responsibilities on maintenance group’s HSE behavior Knowledge and educational level 1. Bachelor‘s Degree in mechanical engineering or E&I.; 2. Knowledge in working processes and HSE requirements. 3. Good knowledge in engineering discipline and installation standards. 4. Ability to work in multicultural and international environment 5. Good people management and communication skills. 6. Good computer skills. 7. Good spoken and written English and Mandarine. Required level of experiences · At least 5 years of working experiences in maintenance section in a manufacturing plant. · Familiar with SAP PM software or other similar maintenance software · Familiar with working processes · Familiar with requirement on safety and local regulations. |
