| 职位描述： | ACTIVITIES
* Ensure that the chemical engineering team runs at maximum efficiency and keeps an excellent technical level. * Supervise the R&D; activity of the engineers of the chemical engineering team, provide leadership and guidance to help them improve their performance. * Develop the technical level of the team, so that it can provide assistance and advice to plant’s plants in Asia * Propose process innovations in order to improve continuously plant’s processes, and to prepare future evolutions. * Conduct all work in alignment with corporate safety policies * Collaborate closely with regional and global R&D;, and plants process engineers * Collaborate with academic resources, specifically Chinese laboratories, to be aware of the latest trends and innovations. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Ph.D. degree or Engineer degree in chemical engineering * Experience in chemical engineering industrial R&D; * Demonstrated track record in process improvement, development of new processes, innovation management, by patents, external publications, leadership in industrial consortiums or trade organizations, and awards. * Fluent in Chinese and English * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required * Demonstrated leadership and team management competency * International work or study experience is a plus. |
