| 职位描述： | Purpose of the position: T Work as technical engineer for injection molding and technical service in TC Shanghai
Principle accountability: What: Injection molding for Quality control, customer technical service, R&D; project; Why: support business growth; how: do injection molding and technical service in TC Shanghai Technical knowledge base: - general knowledge on polymer science, rich experience on injection molding -Studied polymer technology, polymer science or mechanical engineering -Know about polymer processing. -Excellent know how about injection molding technology, including the operation of an injection molding machine. -Know how on mold design, runners and cooling system. -Expertise on MOLDFLOW analysis and simulation. Team and resource management: -Team work orientation. -Proactive and entrepreneurial working style. -Supervise and coach technicians in Pilot Plant. -Communication and coordination skill. Decision making: -Taking responsibility for polymer processing area, especially for injection molding technology. -Participating customer oriented projects. -Creating ideas and contributing for new business opportunities. Financial impact: -Processing and maintenance for polymer processing equipment. -Convincing colleagues and customers as a solution provider. -Creating new business opportunity by developing application with our products. Interpersonal skills and networking: -Having good interpersonal skill. -Good communication and coordination skill, good on explaining technical know how to colleagues and customers. -Fluent verbal and written mandarin communication skill, very good English in speaking, reading and writing. Problem solving and innovative thinking: -Providing troubleshooting for customer. -Taking responsibility for the achievement of customer oriented project. -Creating ideas for new business opportunity. Other Specifications: Mini Education level: Master Major preferred: Polymer Processing Language skills: English good Minimum years in employment: 3 Description: Compounding and Extrusion experience will be a plus. |
