| 职位描述： | PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY：
1.“What”: On site project work and management for process optimization (capacity increase, quality, safety, cost) projects with focus on advanced process control and PIMS applications 2.“Why”: To increase production performance and competitiveness of Bus; increasing need and requests from increasing number of customer in GCR 3.“How”: By on site presence and high expertise support TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE 1.Background in process and/or chemical engineering 2.Overall technical understanding of production processes 3.Experience in advanced process control (e. g. DCS know how, control strategies, soft sensors 4.Lead and support of process technology projects 5.Implementation and technology transfer to/from other sites 6.Improvisation and coordination, organization skills |
