| 职位描述： | 工作职责
*Comply with local legislative requirements and ensure all employees, contractors and visitors must be protected from risks to health. *Approach occupational health risk assessment, identify the health hazards and assess the risks and take actions to prevent the hazards. *Being involved in the illness incident investigation, and also be involved in counseling the concerned employee(s). *Develop and implement the health promotion program appropriate to the needs of the organization and review of the effectiveness of the program and make adjustment where applicable. *Design and review the medical surveillance program at periodic intervals to ensure compliance of the program to company standards or Code of Practices and China legislative requirements. Help to liaise on behalf of company any issues related to medical surveillance or issues related to OH. *Arrange physical check for new employee/and resign employee. Arrange annual welfare physical check and occupational disease check. *Support daily diagnosis and manage the drug release well. *Review of the nutritional values of food provided in Canteen. *Organize and manage first aid team and coordinate the treatment and first aid in hospital. Provide/arrange the training on the first aid for the toxic chemicals. *Provide Safety Data Sheets management and make available to workers and in a language that they understand and provide training so they can understand significance of the data. 任职资格 1. Well know the occupational hygiene regulation and knowledge 2. Basic Medicine and first aid knowledge 3. Good oral and written English 4. More than three years of OH management experience in chemical company or medical service unit. |
