| 职位描述： | Synthesis of Organic Peroxides.
Develop understanding of Organic Peroxides manufacturing processes through collaborative work with Global team (USA and Europe) Identify key technical needs, new opportunities and challenges for manufacturing improvement Provide ideas for improvement Propose new R&D; projects, manage the studies in the laboratories in optimal safety conditions. Participate in development of regional BU strategies Plant support – analysis and problem solving QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Master or PhD, or Engineer Degree, in Chemical Engineering or Organic Synthesis (peroxide chemistry or related field). 5-10 years Industrial Experience in Organic Chemistry / Chemical Engineering is a plus Manufacturing process / synthesis experience in polymer processing or peroxide chemistry with proven track record of success; Experience with Organic Peroxides is a plus Hands-on experience in Organic Chemistry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills International school program or experience, i.e. part of school program held in USA or France, is a plus. Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus. |
