| 职位描述： | ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Lead effluent treatment team to manage the effluent project and handle the relative effluent issue. Provide engineering support for effluent treatment and technology transfer from current manufacturing sites to Nantong. 2. Independently work for effluent treatment with the team to provide technical support for all decisions related to processing and alternative waste treatment methods. 3. Work together with global team to communicate and exchange the effluent information. Review and approve process changes and keep other functions informed of changes. Periodically review all project for effluent treatment and analytical requirements. 4. Develop and monitor plant effluent situation for products produced. Technical support for new Active Ingredients (A.I.) sitting in Nantong site. 5. Develop and implement process improvement projects with support from others as required. 6. Establish project priorities based on the key performance drivers as defined above. 7. Maintain communication with stakeholder regarding their process development/ improvements initiatives to ensure that all appropriate testing is completed. Function as lead manufacturing representative during any in plant testing or implementation of major process changes. 8. Use engineering tools and other techniques as appropriate in monitoring and improvement activities. 9. Provide technical reports as needed. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Critical Knowledge: 1. Must have MS or PhD degree with major in environmental science or Chemistry 2. Practical knowledge of multiple stage effluent treatment. 3. Understand chemistry and chemical engineering; know how then effluent treatment technology. 4. Demonstrated experience of analytics as well as good understanding of basic environmental science and chemistry. 5. Appreciation of process safety and ecology norms. Critical Skills: 1. Fluent in Mandarin and English both spoken and written 2. Innovative – ability to analyze complex and diverse problem situation creatively leading to the generation and implementation of original solutions 3. Strong organizational skills – can handle multiple tasks 4. Leadership – Mentoring / training / coaching of junior engineers/chemists or technicians 5. Working within a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment. 6. Ability to prioritize 7. Flexible and see changes as an opportunity 8. Can communicate with global team with e-mail, telecom and face to face Critical Experience: 1. Experience in process development or chemical manufacturing, preferably with a multinational foreign-invested company 2. Prefer experience in AI or fine chemical manufacturing 3. Strong communication and coordination skills 4. Good knowledge of process safety and process risk assessment 5. Engineering project management and capability of managing multiple assignments. 6. Chemical engineering design capability and strong process optimization and trouble shooting skills. 7. Good knowledge of environmental control and regulations. |
