| 职位描述： | The engineer in charge shall lead researches devoted to the optimization of the industrial processes, solve complex
manufacturing problems via close collaboration with the production teams as well as the other R&D; centers in USA and France, develop thorough understanding of the manufacturing processes, and propose ways for improvement on short term as well as long term. He will propose new R&D; projects, manage the researches in the laboratories in optimal safety conditions, and participate to the implementation of the new processes and procedures in the plants.. Master or PhD, or Engineer Degree, in Chemical Engineering or Organic Synthesis. Industrial Experience in Organic Chemistry / Chemical Engineering is a plus, all the more in areas such as vegetal oil chemistry, monomers chemistry, renewable materials chemistry. Hands-on experience in Organic Chemistry is mandatory, with a proven track record in terms of innovation and technological development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills. International school program or experience, i.e. part of school program held in USA or France, is a plus. Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
