| 职位描述： | ACTIVITIES
* Ensure that the team runs at maximum efficiency and keeps an excellent technical level. * Supervise the R&D; activity of the engineers, provide leadership and guidance to help them improve their performance. * Develop the technical level of the team, so that it can provide excellent assistance and advice to plant’s customers in Asia * Propose products and process innovations in order to improve continuously plant’s products, and to prepare future evolutions. * Conduct all work in alignment with corporate safety policies * Collaborate closely with regional and global R&D;, and business teams * Collaborate with academic ressources, specifically chinese laboratories, to be aware of the latest trends and innovations. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Ph.D. degree or Engineer degree in polymer science/engineering or material science/engineering * Experience in R&D;, development and technical assistance in the area of performance thermoplastics, specifically polyamides. * 10 years industrial experience in polymer processing, specifically thermoplastics * Fluent in Chinese and English * Outstanding leadership and communication skills required * Demonstrated success in application development by patents, external publications, leadership in industrial consortiums or trade organizations, and awards. * The ability to work and think both in a team environment and as an independent, pro-active researcher * International work or study experience is a plus. |
